In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”), Soluciones Cantabria S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter identified as "Cantabria Solutions") protects and safeguards your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, misplacement, alteration, as well as unauthorized processing of your personal data.

We inform you of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) of Mexico with Soluciones Cantabria S.A. de C.V with address at: Carretera Federal México Toluca km 44.5 Lote 12 Hacienda San Martin, C.P. 52740. Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico.

What information do we collect?

The personal data that you freely and voluntarily provide us through our Registration Sheet, or online email, which may include, but is not limited to, your general personal data, which may include without limiting your name, address, telephone numbers, email address, payment method with which you will settle your account, tax information for your billing, and interests and personal preferences.

What do we collect your information for?

With whom do we share your information?

At Soluciones Cantabria we do not share or transmit your personal data with any of the Soluciones Cantabria companies and with selected service providers that we hire, with whom we have entered into confidentiality and personal data protection agreements, with the understanding that they will not be allowed to access to your personal data to comply with the provision of contracted services for the same purposes established in this Privacy Notice.

Therefore, in no case will we commercialize, sell or rent personal information about you to a third party without your prior consent. Any transfer of personal data that Soluciones Cantabria makes will only be for the purposes permitted by Mexican law.

The personal data that you provide to Soluciones Cantabria may be compiled and stored in a database, the exclusive property of Soluciones Cantabria.

As the owner of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of your personal data). The security of your personal information is extremely important to us, which is why Soluciones Cantabria S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter Cantabria Solutions), has as its main objective to inform its users and visitors (hereinafter Visitors), through this means the privacy policy for the protection of personal data (hereinafter Personal Data) that are provided by its Guests in order to establish terms and conditions for the storage and treatment of said Personal Data through its portal www.haciendasanmartin.mx (hereinafter the Portal) and/or its Registration Sheet.

I. Personal Information Requested

Soluciones Cantabria, will request, where appropriate, personal information from Guests in order to provide them with a better service.

Under no circumstances does it collect or obtain information from Visitors that has not been provided by them, either in response to a communication or contact mechanism used by Soluciones Cantabria, or through registration or provision of the services offered on its Portal.

The type of information requested from Visitors, including, but not limited to, their name, email address (e-mail), telephone number, among others, however, not all the information requested is mandatory, except for the one that Soluciones Cantabria deems important, which Visitors will be made aware of at the time of registration. II. Information processing

Personal Data will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding automated files of personal data for which Soluciones Cantabria will be the owner and responsible, hereinafter the "File". Soluciones Cantabria provides Visitors with the appropriate technical resources so that, in advance, they can access this notice on the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and can give their consent so that Soluciones Cantabria proceeds to the automated processing of their Personal information.
