Una vez realizada esta transacci\u00f3n, el cliente debe mandar por e-mail, una copia de la ficha de deposito con sus datos para registrarlo a su reservaci\u00f3n. El hotel le dar\u00e1 un plazo de 2 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para que se realice dicho dep\u00f3sito, en caso de no hacerlo quedar\u00e1 cancelada su pre reservaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1ticamente. Si el dep\u00f3sito es registrado posterior a los dos d\u00edas, Hotel Hacienda San Mart\u00edn no se hace responsable de la disponibilidad de habitaci\u00f3n(es) solicitada(s).<\/li><li>No aceptamos cheques.<\/li><li>Name change: Not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.<\/li><li>Change of room type: It will be subject to availability.
